Welcome to the Monterey Bay Dive Tribe!

Your affiliation with Monterey Bay Scuba means that you're automatically invited to be a member of the Monterey Bay Dive Tribe dive club!

Join us to meet new (and old) friends, and to explore some of Monterey's best diving from our dive boat!

The Dive Tribe meets the fourth weekend of each month, weather permitting.

On Saturday, Dive Tribe members are invited for various workshops where we have fun learning about diving activities such as photography, nudibranch ID, night diving, scuba field repair or review of rescue techniques. These special events will be announced in your monthly newsletter and on social media. After the workshop, we board the boat and go on a fun evening/night dive!

On Sunday morning, we board the boat for resort dives along San Carlos Beach where we dive the Metridium Fields or at the end of the Breakwater Wall where you can explore the best diving locations without a long surface swim. After your dive, simply walk out at San Carlos Beach and get back in line for the next boat boarding.

On Sunday, stay for LUNCH as we grill or BBQ outside the shop and enjoy some fun & food with a divers social!

DIVE TRIBE Weekend Schedule:

Saturday

• 4:00 PM - Arrive & check in at Monterey Bay Scuba for this months dive workshop. Set-up dive gear for the evening/night dive.
• 4:30 PM - Workshop presentation begins and ends approximately between 5:30-6:00 PM.
• 6:00 PM - Board the boat for a fun evening/night dive!
  

Sunday

• 8:00 AM - Arrive & check in at Monterey Bay Scuba. Inspect and try on all rental gear, if needed.
• 9:00 AM - Boarding the dive boat begins with the first group of divers. Boat drop offs is ongoing approximately every 20 min for the entire morning!
• 11:30 AM - Lunch is served!
• 2:00 PM - Last boat boarding of the day for the final group of divers.
